There are moments in life that change everything, and for me, that moment was you.
I remember the first time we really spoke, not just small talk, but actually spoke. I had no idea that conversation would become the beginning of everything.
That the girl I was talking to would become my best friend, my safe place, my whole world. Looking back now, it's crazy to think how naturally we fell into each other's lives, like you were always meant to be there.
From the very start, you made me feel things I didn't know I was capable of feeling. You made me kinder. I still think about our first kiss and wonder how we even found the courage, but with you, everything just felt right. It always has.
Every adventure with you has taught me something new about love, about us. Whether we were wandering around looking for food, lying on beaches, or just existing in the same space, it all mattered because it was with you.
You became my person so quickly, and I didn't even realize it was happening until I couldn't imagine my life without you anymore.
When you told me you loved me, you thought it would scare me. Baby, it didn't. It made me feel at peace. It made everything make sense.
